I'm extremely pleased with the tile installation Unic Tiles completed in my dining room. Their team displayed exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship, resulting in a flawless and stunning finish. Their punctuality, attention to details, and excellent customer service made the entire process a breeze, and I highly recommend their service.
Installed tiles in hallway, kitchen and dining. With in 1 year the tiles started cracking and pop out. kept promising to come back and fix it and than disappeared. I hired an independent contractor for valuation who stated the job was done wrong and extremally unprofessional.
They are amazing!!! That is the short of it. If you want the long story, read on. Three years ago we decided to renovate our master bathroom and replace the single shower/jacuzzi unit with a free standing tub and a shower. We loved our crema marfil marble floor tiles and decided to keep them. A lot of them were loose. The grout was gone. We hired a contractor to do the renovation. They are tile contractors you can really trust. Their workers really know what they’re doing. They were friendly from the very good first moment I met them. They arrived promptly in order to measure the floor and again when it was time to install the tiles. It looks amazing. Highly recommended
