The best management I have ever rented from.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The building manager has refused to complete an essential repair in my friend’s apartment for over 60 DAYS! Please save yourself from their horrible service and tenant abuse — AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Report them to HPD if you experience similar problems!
Met Eric through Facebook on one of his postings which was on a Tuesday evening. We negotiated our deal on Wednesday and by Thursday he hand delivered a contract with downpayment and closed 4 weeks later on one of my smoothest closings ever “30 minutes” Totally recommend Unicorn properties and Eric of course
Great place to live along with a responsive management office staff to assistant when repairs are needed. I would recommend to friends and family.
