We waited for the 4yo age requirement at Unicorn Palace and I could not recommend it enough!!! Multiple people checked the placement, used a ruler in 2 ways to make sure they were even, using a needle and not a piercing gun, the backs are balls or flat back so they don't polk her head, both ears pierced at the same time. Highly recommend!
Would totally recommend this to anyone with a little one wanting to get their ears pierced. Our lady was knowledgeable, really great with kids, great multi tasker and just overall made the experience great!
0 stars. Worst experience ever. Got daughter's ears pierced for Christmas and the jewelry broke apart on Christmas Morning. Sent inquiry to store and the Owner called us back and literally cussed us out for suggesting that her store was sub-par absolutely refusing to offer a refund or even look at the broken jewelry. We have phone call recorded if anyone wants to listen to how horrible this woman spoke to my wife and myself. Horrible people with over-priced cheap Jewelry, stay away if you value her child's health.
My daughter loves this place but their appointment system seems so unorganized. I understand the importance of an appointment but they do not have a standard. Sometimes we can walk in without one, sometimes they require one, sometimes they are very rude if you don’t already have an appointment when you inquire. It’s very weird for a business especially when the business is never busy and has three to four teenagers just sitting around.
I Do Not Recommend! Very inconvenient, rude and unaccommodating. I came to Unicorn Place for a Birthday party with my 3 daughters, my youngest being an infant who I keep in her duleride car seat/stroller. I was told strollers are not allowed in the store or even in the back for Birthday parties. I had miss the Birthday party and drop off my 8 year old and leave with my other 2 daughters. Absolutely unacceptable in my option.
