We had the best experience! Both my girls got their ears pierced and some hair tinsel. Not only was the staff super professional, but the decor is to die for! What a magical place. We will definitely be visiting again.
Very friendly staff good communication, great with kids my son got his ears pierced they walked him through the process so it was stress free !
Raleigh and the lady who assisted her (I apologize, I do not recall her name) were both very professional and patient. Ryleigh was amazing with my 5 year old and answered every question she had. She did everything she could to make sure she was as prepared as possible as well. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you!
Came to get my doubles pierced, they took me over to the Unicorn Palace, where they had the best energy and were super awesome to work and have fun with while getting the piercing!!
They did a piercing for my daughter. Fantastic service, super friendly staff
