Bought a 2016 MDX in cash on a Monday, after hearing that it was good mechanically as they never buy cars that are not good. On the same day i got the car, while driving home, the transmission stalled on me and wouldnt drive for a few seconds on highway which posed a HUGE safety issue. Same thing happened the next day and i called Ali right away. This guy is a cheat. Stay away. Nothing but lies. So many promises when you go, once you make a purchase he won't resolve anything. Some issue are never disclosed. Fixes are temporary. Parts his mechanic (Lally's) puts are of lowest quality, just to pass the safety inspection. Lot of problems discovered after the purchase. Better to go to a dealer.
Ali is a great guy! I love my new car so much, such a smooth easy process & had everything ready for me for the day I needed to pick up the car! Would definitely recommend going to Ali if you’re looking for a new car.
