My company has been working with Unicom Grafix for many years and it has been great. When we order new forms or make changes to our paperwork it is checked and completed as promised. It is nice to know they care for us and the quality of work they perform.
Horrible and Rude Customer Service, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Trust me, you'll regret it. Even getting a quote is an excuse for them to insult you. One of their customer service associates insulted my supervisor, my coworkers, even went ahead and insulted the work of our graphic designer.I answered a call from them and this person went ahead and yelled at me for the issue he had with someone in our company who did not approve a quote.
