Camped at campground which was beautiful and quiet. Camp store was nice. Comfort stations were clean . The Lodge was beautiful. The shuttle service from the lodge or campground to Helen was very convenient. The hills and curves on the roads on the way there were challenging in our class c RV . I wouldn’t bicycle on the roads from the campground to Helen. Too busy and dangerous. Helen was fun. Very busy on weekends.

The location is spectacular but the customer service was doubly spectacular. I did not stay at the lodge (came to camp) but had friends who said their accomodations were fabulous. My praise goes to the staff, particularly Candice, who extended herself to assist me when I was having unfortunate car trouble. Because of her efforts (and allowances from other staffers), I was not only provided with resources to remedy the situation but also with the peace of knowing that there were people who actually cared. That's priceless.

We stayed at an RV spot, it wasn't super flat but there were other spots that were. The water and electric hook ups worked, nice and clean bath house. Plenty to do in the park if you just wanted to stay put or very close to Helen, they actually had a shuttle to Helen though we did not use it. Also close to Anna Ruby falls, but not included in price.
