Friendly staff, short wait times when I visited, highly recommend
COVID Vaccine. I live in Knoxville, needless to say how unorganized Knoxville has been regarding these vaccinations. I registered with all counties within a couple of hours drive several weeks ago. Unicoi County was the first to contact me. I made the drive, I actually enjoyed coming back to Erwin since I lived in Unicoi in the 60s and 70s. A lot has changed.
