This is the same company that built the Crimson in Edgewater and then had to pay millions of dollars in a settlement to them because of all The buildings problems. The Residents are still concerned that it might have to be torn down one day. Mold, electrical problems, you name it. And being that Fernando was and is also president of the board and owns 27 units in the building, he then negotiated the settlement with the residence.
