The staff is awesome! They make you feel right at home!
I have been trying to report my card lost or stolen for hours now and no one will answer the phones at the corporate bank or anywhere and when I call customer service they tell me to call corporate . I'm done with unico bank. Someone is probly having a shopping spree with my card and I get no help cause this bank is horrible and acts like its 1940s with no customer service no body on phones and there atms are so old that u dont even know what ur balance is in ur bank account till the next day.
