Excellent customer service
My husband and I have been going to Unico for over 20 years and we have ALWAYS received excellent service. The owner and staff are honest, polite and so very courteous. They are very accommodating and have come through many times on last minute unexpected emergencies. They are a family run business and I feel very lucky to have them in my neighborhood! Sure is better than going to a dealership where you always have to shell out more cash than you originally intended on spending.
I have been taking my car to Unico Auto for car issues for many years. Last week, my car had a front brake problem. As usual, they finished the job to my satisfaction. The owner is helpful and honest. Highly recommend it to anyone!
Honest, friendly, fair pricing and down to earth. I came here after a different shop lied to me saying I needed a brake job on my 12,000km car. Unico gave me a second opinion and laughed at the idea that the brakes had to be changed, which saved me $1400 and calmed me down. Highly recommend
