although Knowledgeable they have a horrible support and in fact I returned a motor that did not fit and did not get my $1100 back. I'm very disappointed. I followed up multiple times and it became a sad hassle since they lost the returned motor. If dealing with them ALWAYS KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PACKAGES AND RECEIPTS. THEY WILL NOT!
Val was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He helped in every way possible and did it in a polite and timely manner.
The system seems O.K. Our issue is the contractor's inability to complete the installation in a timely fashion. The second half of the installation (first floor) was to be installed in the Spring. Now it's July 21 and the contractor says he's wating for a delivery, (I assume it is from Unco.) Ths is a long hot summer. Thank you.
