I had an amazing customer service experience today, thanks to Rushi and the team. I had run out of my medication and was going to be away for the next five days. I asked if I could pick it up in Whangārei, and they kindly offered to post it to me so it would arrive the very next day. I really appreciate your kindness, understanding, and willingness to help. Going the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much I highly recommend this pharmacy!
Pretty appalling service. Came in to collect a prescription and was told to wait 5-10 minutes, which then turned in to a 25 minute long wait with no other people waiting inside to collect prescriptions other than myself. Got to the 25 minute mark and someone approached me to ask if I had been helped, I informed them I was waiting for my script and they appeared confused and asked for my name, to tell me the wait would be longer! Not to mention all three people I had contact with got my name wrong. Won’t be coming here again.
Lovely kind staff, great prices too. Thanks for saving me from this cold, as someone from out of town it's just awesome we can get the stronger sudafeds! You guys are just awesome. I appreciate it a lot! 5/5
Came in for a flu vaccine as someone who’s really scared of needles, and Matthew made the whole experience calm and easy. I’d definitely recommend coming here!!
