No one answers the phone, to enquire if my prescriptions are ready, it's medication and should be ready on the day or at least the day after. No answer, no email, no text. Poor service, making too much money, no time for customers. My second visit today (11/10/26) There were 3 staff, two were busy giggling with each other, making me wait 15 minutes. Terrible service. Called up and was put on hold. Left me waiting on the phone for 20mins, after saying they would check and ask about something I was making a query about - they didn’t put me on hold I could hear them just serving other customers. Ended up just driving down there and then was told “she answered me” and I didn’t hear her. Even though I was right by my phone the entire time waiting for her reply.
