Knowledgable, friendly & personable
Very disappointed in service (was with a smile however) with a prescription (for 15 antibiotic tablets for $15) taking at least 20-25 minutes (was advised 10-15 minutes) while husband sat in car after some oral surgery and needing to get home so he could get something in his stomach before taking his pain medication. While fully browsing in the shop I came across some Natio products advertised at 50% off. The price label stuck to the product stated $14. I grabbed two and took to the counter getting out $14 cash. Closed on a Sunday in Queenstown in 2026 is ridiculous. You think people just don't need meds on a Sunday? 🤦♂️
Absolutely delightful male staff here. Extremely helpful. Remembers your name. One lady pharmacist used a condescending tone and I was told off for not replying to a text message. Then told again. Given my scripts were sensitive she made me feel uncomfortable. I highly commend the male staff member for providing exceptional customer service and hope this can be duplicated by the other staff.
