I stayed at UniCentral for a short-term placement and had such a positive experience with the staff - they were consistently so kind and lovely. Every concern whether repair related or otherwise was addressed so quickly, even after hours. In particular, Joshua was great! He went out of his way to help myself and my flatmates and a lot of stress and discomfort was avoided because of his kindness :) Would highly recommend!

Oh man, if you want the kindest people to manage your properties then this is the place for you. Josh, Nikol , Hannah and David are so kind and considerate. I’d say that if you ride motorcycles then you’ll be welcome here, as Josh also rides and the accomodation is wonderful, with fantastic facilities available and fast repairs. Lived here for 3 years, rented through Unicentral and I've really enjoyed it. Rent is a bit much but so is it everywhere else but the service is great. If this broke they were fixed quickly and the office staff is super lovely. Only thing I'd say could be better is the apartments can get really cold in winter as there's hardly any insulation and no heater (and so also a little hot during summer) but that's also a general Aussie issue I think.
