Oh man, if you want the kindest people to manage your properties then this is the place for you. Josh, Nikol , Hannah and David are so kind and considerate. I’d say that if you ride motorcycles then you’ll be welcome here, as Josh also rides and the accomodation is wonderful, with fantastic facilities available and fast repairs. Lived here for 3 years, rented through Unicentral and I've really enjoyed it. Rent is a bit much but so is it everywhere else but the service is great. If this broke they were fixed quickly and the office staff is super lovely. Only thing I'd say could be better is the apartments can get really cold in winter as there's hardly any insulation and no heater (and so also a little hot during summer) but that's also a general Aussie issue I think. I've had a wonderful experience staying at UniCentral for the past 3 years while doing my degree! The highlight for me was the location - it's super close to everything I needed: uni, the bus stop, and shops. Plus, seeing kangaroos outside the gates on grey days always made things better haha 🦘 The unit had everything I needed, and if anything ever broke or stopped working, it got fixed or replaced really quickly.
