Heaven for usc students. Well managed too.
BEWARE OF TOTALLY RENTALS. I write this review in hope that other parents with young adults moving to USC are made aware of the bad experience our family had when moving our daughter to UniCentral. We did not go through them direct as their units were already full so we found a property manager who managers a few apartments independently on Uni Central Campus. As owners of a unit at the UniCentral Complex, we changed about a year ago from an outside property manager to the onsite management team of Josh, David, Nikol and Hannah. We are very pleased with the vast improvement in service, cleanliness and their prompt attention to any required maintenance. All our rooms have been constantly full with students since we changed. Stayed here for 5 months about 2 months ago as a interstate university student. The managers of UniCentral are incredible and so kind but unfortunately I rented through Totally Rentals. I cannot express enough how poorly I was treated whilst my time renting through Totally Rentals. Tracey is the owner of Totally rentals. The day I moved in I learnt that she was renting one of the rooms in my house as her office. She also had one of the carparks even though she technically did not live there.
