Unsanitary! Outdated machines! Unprofessional staff, and there is NO radiologist in the office the office said they have random doctors in California that view the images. I know because when I called to ask why my report has not been sent and if the doctor was in the office to complain they said there is no physician in this office, they send the images through a portal to doctors in California. This is crazy, how are they able to run an office like this. This facility only cares about taking money from low income patients.... read more

The radiologist is excellent the ladies at the front great customer service. However, the facility needs a thorough cleaning especially the restroom.

If you get a collection letter from them after a few months you come here and say you have to pay in 2 weeks or they will send you to a collection agency..(but they never send any bills before that bill),you should to check your claims case online or call your insurance company if you don't remember exactly, because they sent it to me and made me pay the day I didn't come for any service from them.. and took the insurance company's money and want more money from me. I worked for this facility for under a year. They have extremely unprofessional staff and I’ve been talked to as if I lacked proficiency and that I'm expendable by the manager Jasmine. As for I’ve decided to never return toa work place with such environment that rather belittle their employees instead of empowering them. Best ultrasound tech I have encountered with . Rosana Rodriguez was very helpful , kind , generous and makes the visit so easy and calm . Rosana is such a professional with her work and shows she cares for her patients which is hard to find now a days , I will 1000 recommend her to you all . 10/10 .
