I would not recommend this company. This organization and the administration is So disorganized, they constantly makes errors on their scheduling, i.e. my elderly parents were set up to receive 6 hours of care, daily, 7 days/week. At least once a week, they forget to book someone, therefore no caregiver for my parents for the day; sometimes they say they’ve double booked the person therefore, no caregiver for my parents for the day.
