Omg 😳 they lost my son’s file :( I just called and they said that they have no record of my son, and I gave him his date of birth and everything. All bad I was supposed to get a phone call a month ago and never got a phone call. I called twice and they said that They haven’t got to his file yet to schedule his appointment for two root canals, and still haven’t got a phone call. 🤦🏻♀️
I saw the bad reviews but i wanted to give this new clinic a chance because they kept insisting i make an appointment with them everyday without fail. Unfortunately i would not recommend going to this clinic. They have no respect for agreed upon appointments and they make you wait in line regardless. The clinic staff come off as racist and prejudiced and it can be very uncomfortable. they speak arrogantly to patients with bad attitude. If it could be possible I would give them 0 , couple weeks ago they contact me since i moved to the area to have my kids visit their clinic, even with the bad review i decide to take them there to have my own experience , worst!! first of at all the personal at the front counter are disrespectful, racist and zero knowledge of customer service, no tolerance at all , place not clean, old equipments and long waiting time , I won't recommend this place at all!!

Got here 25 minutes before my appointment waited 3 hrs to be seen in the waiting room. Don't waste your time here. Literally. Zero stars.
