Beware of them ‼️ They raised my policy premium mid policy year by ~$1900 plus deducted money twice without even a months notice now I have paid ~$1500 extra to this company and I don’t know how to get the money back from them as they don’t deal with clients directly. I am so upset it’s frustrating to have so much stress on top of paying so much in insurance plus taking care of a baby !
Worst insurance company ever as I was involved in a small accident only accident since 2008..Sean Goss was my adjuster and had the worst experience with them as no one called picked up my car for repairs a week later after the incident..Then took them month and half to get it fixed still they missed couple spots which I called back to get fixed and adjuster Sean Goss telling me I have to directly contact the upraiser directly as he can’t do anything anymore plus the rental car they gave me was only for 3 weeks then I had to ... read more
This is a bad company, don't hire them. I had an accident on the highway, a piece of metal hit my car, and they refused to take responsibility. They only paid me a third of the repair costs, and it took them more than three months to fix it. Now, when I have to renew my insurance, they've raised the price three times what I was paying. It was my first accident in five years. Seriously, don't hire this company. Their adjusters are very rude. I have all the proof. Thank you.
