Worst company to deal with. I felt like it was bargain basement pricing and biding. I was hit at a stop light. How with no fault insurance is it costing me money?? Do not deal with this company.

I was involved in a no-fault car accident in mid-December. The other driver swerved into my lane and I provided dash cam footage to UNICA on December 15th. My adjuster was Sean Goss. While Sean initially replied the next day, communication immediately fell apart afterward. Throughout the entire process there were long gaps of silence (6 days, 10 days, 11 days, etc.) despite multiple follow-up emails from me. Extremely unhappy abt how my case was taken up .. unhappy abt everything starting from reaching the Cus care to the way the adjuster (Todd Wilfong) spoke to me as if I was trying to scam them … extremely unprofessional to speak with someone who’s jus been in an accident and trying to recover from the aftermath of the same. I did a mistake of taking this insurance , will definitely move away when my renewal comes .

Terrible customer service. I called over a year ago to have our address changed and nothing was done so I have been paying to insure someone else's house with zero coverage on the one I'm actually in.
