Beware of them ‼️ *Update* Sending legal letters for money which isn’t yours is bizarre I literally have cancellation documents from the company tell me why am I getting letters to pay ~$1600 after the cancellation. They raised my policy premium mid policy year by ~$1900 plus deducted money twice without even a months notice now I have paid ~$1500 extra to this company and I don’t know how to get the money back from them as they don’t deal with clients directly. never trust them, still charging my insurance after cancelled one month later, preparing the legal process to get refund. told me it was broker issue that they can not help.
