This is a bad company, don't hire them. I had an accident on the highway, a piece of metal hit my car, and they refused to take responsibility. They only paid me a third of the repair costs, and it took them more than three months to fix it. Now, when I have to renew my insurance, they've raised the price three times what I was paying. It was my first accident in five years. Seriously, don't hire this company. Their adjusters are very rude. I have all the proof. Thank you.
i have met with an accident and my adjuster was sean .He was really unprofessional no proper communication and they undervalued my car and i had to settle for a low amount for my car . Really disappointed from unica insurance .i strongly recommend try some other insurance company not Unica.
