Avoid this contractor at all costs! Terrible workmanship and extremely unprofessional. The screed cracked and detached within a week, and the replacement had completely incorrect falls, directing water towards the walls. Poor workmanship, rude service and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid!

Poor workmanship, unprofessional service and very disappointing experience. The tiler initially came to complete the screed. Within a week, the screed cracked and detached. He returned and installed a new screed, but the falls were incorrect, with water directed towards the walls instead of the drain. He came back again to address the issue, but during the process he was rude and disrespectful towards my wife. AMAZING, AMAZING, Ali has been so wonderful, very quiet spoken, very generous with his time and so artistic with his work, we will be recommending him to everyone. He gets on with the job and takes time to perfect his work. Has been very helpful with design also. He's gone above and beyond to help us through our bathroom renovation. I would give him 10 stars.
