Sarah Lima and the rest of the staff at UniBank on Goldstar Boulevard in Worcester have been extremely helpful and accommodating to me while assisting my elderly aunt deal with unusual circumstances. They will gladly spend whatever time it takes to make sure a customers needs are met.
I can't be more satisfied with the customer service, patience, and professionalism of everyone at the Goldstar and Polar Park Unibank branches. and UniBank in general. Culture starts at the top and ripples all the way through from Ed Augustus to Mike S, Matt W, Kristin S, V, Yessica R, and Sarah L.
