People are NOT friendly at Unibank. I dislike going in there and talking to staff. Maybe take some lessons from Country Bank or Cornerstone Bank. Lisa P. Worcester Mass
This was once Unibank's best location. Over the last few years, a steady decline in management, staff experience, and customer service is obvious. Their best people left. No real sense of compassion or interest in the everyday customer. Whatever the reason for this approach, it does not work. Unfortunately, affecting other locations as well. Hope to see a comeback someday.
