I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages about a dead tree near the transformer and power lines. The area in Nogales is extremely dry and prone to wildfires and nobody at UniSource responds. When the wildfire eventually happens I’ll keep screenshots of these messages for the inevitable lawsuit that arises.

They can’t even open on time I’m so tired of this place
Horrible! Worst customer service I ever saw and you’re not even able to reach a person. The power goes out at least 3 to 4 times a year even when it’s clear skies. And if it rains a little bit, The power goes out for sure!
