This place is a horrible business with extremely poor customer service. When we walked in, no one even acknowledged us. When we were finally addressed, the Chinese male working there immediately had a rude tone and attitude. Instead of greeting us professionally, he bluntly said things like “Customer name? Phone number? Anything?” in a very disrespectful way. It felt like we were being talked down to rather than helped.
