Good selection of tiles, but customer service needs to be improved
Great great prices and great service. I was amazed at the selection of items and the pricing. Manjeet was great from strat to finish and helped me add items via the phone. Very happy my friend recommended them. Done a couple houses and couldn't be happier!
Untraceable cabinet marble whatever company they’re material are shit untraceable people no clear understanding * * * * I have a couple of return they are charging restocking fee no damage none of them no open box my recommendation do not trust these people
They have a policy for charging 10% re-stocking fee, even if you return the material in its original form, never opened. The account manager is cold and dishonest, even though I showed her that I was waived this fee last time, she said "we waive it because it is a sample". Last time I was there I saw another unhappy customer being refused for returning, even he initially accepted the chipped off cabinet. They are cold, unfriendly and not trust-worthy.
Manjeet was awful. He needs to learn how to speak to people. I witnessed him screaming at a co-worker in a very unprofessional way. This not a place I want to do business with.
