Recently just started using this company to get back & forth to me & my kids appointment. First & foremost starting from dispatch all the way down to the drivers their service is top notch, dispatch is very respectful over the phone , drivers are always on time for pick up’s & drop offs! I highly recommend unilink for your non emergency medical appointments.

I would love to share how efficient this transportation service is. I got picked up and dropped off on time for my appointments. Great cars in good condition and clean !!
Worst service in all Long Island. They didnt pick up my mom (75 years old) on time after I called they ended up sending an Uber which leave her in the wrong place. They way back the drive supposedly never find the address and the operator told me that she will put not show and leave my mom alone in the place. This is absolutely absurd and careless. Not even deserved 1 start.
