The site is good and they use good products, but the front desk service is terrible. The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. They don't have enough staff to handle my appointments. I've been coming here for three days. They never have any appointments available, not even online. They only have two people working. If you're interested in making walking appointments, I recommend going somewhere else.
I love coming to Uni K, such a great facility with an incredible staff. Tyreona (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) was just the sweetest! She did an incredible job and made it such a pain-free experience :)
