Pruitt Health has allowed horrific abuse and neglect of my family member. They concealed injuries, failed to report abuse, and left our loved one malnourished and traumatized. Families should avoid entrusting their loved ones to this facility.

The staff here are simply phenomenal. We were particularly impressed by the admission process. Everyone, from the CNAs to the nurses and administrative staff, treated us with incredible compassion and dignity. The team goes above and beyond to make personal connections and making them feel like family. I’m so thankful.
Pruitt has been so good to my prandmother. I was so nervous about placing her in a home, but everyone has shown nothing but love to her. I especially would like to thank Ms. Fleming for helping me through this entire process. She was patient with me and really helped calm my fears ensuring me that she was in good hands. She was very professional, courteous and empathetic which made this process a hundred times easier for my family.
