I love like everyone who works there. I was a patient and it really helped me. The staff were amazing. Obviously its no five star hotel, but the important stuff was there!

I spent five weeks here after being inpatient... and I can tell you that this place does care about your safety. As with every mental health organization-- or anything in general, really-- there will be staff or people that you don't necessarily get along with. This place was no exception. There are pros and cons to the yrt (what we call it), but when you get a hang of the schedule and figure out which staff are the ones who connect with you the best, this place really is a good option. Not the worst residential I have been to. They are pretty good, the staff are pretty good. They try to make accommodations if there’s certain things you need or can’t do. I would say don’t use this as a first resort but if it comes down to it it’s not terrible.

I went there for two months and they taught me a lot of things but the only ones that I remember and the ones that helped me the most. They once said “we teach you guys all of these but the ones that will work for you are the ones that you guys will always remember.” I didn’t believe them but now that I’m out when I’m dealing with something they will always be there in the back of my mind.
