Awful customer service! Sold me a printer without telling me the ink is unavailable to order online. Never cancelled my monthly subscription when I told them to repeatedly. Made me pay for 6 months of subscription when I didn’t have it with them. Manager is awful!! Will not speak to you (always at lunch no matter what time you call!) Do NOT recommend this company for anything!!! Will never do business with them ever again!!
