UNI does a great job for me on my problems with my home computer. They are very knowledgable on what they do and explain things to you on your problem while they are fixing it. Reasons why Ill never shop at UNI computer again: 1. Called about RAM, they said "yeah, its in stock." Got to the store and it wasnt in stock. So,they said "well order it." OK, fine. Came back to have RAM installed and the "tech" clearly had never opened up an iBook before. I showed him where to find the RAM slot. 2. Went there to buy a cable to connect my laptop to my t.v. They suggested a cable, I purchased it, got it home and it didnt work. Then I found out it was the wrong cable. I returned it and was charged a restockin... read more
UNI doesnt have everything you need, your options are a bit limited but they always have high quality merchandice, so you dont need to worry about getting bad computer parts. Their staff is usually better informed then Best Buys, who can quote lots of numbers but rarely seem to know what they mean. As always with computer hard ware purchases know what you want before you go in, taking someone elses advice usually gets you the computer they want not the one you want.
The guys at UNI are great. They always know what is best for my computer and they dont try and oversell me things that I dont need. GREAT STORE!
