Horrible service, a big scam. Save your time, energy and money.
My cousin is using this auto repair shop and having the worst experience. The owner is a known scammer. Her car has been in the shop for over 5 months, he has been making up endless excuses as to why it is not ready. More often he is ignoring her calls, asking her to come on certain days and when she does he does not answer the door or phone. We believe he is auto stripping parts of her that did not need repair. Horrible customer service and even worse experience. Please avoid this shop.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! On July 9, 2021, I left my car at Uni-Body Pro. The back of my car needed repair after a big piece of a tree had fallen down that morning. I was told my car would be ready for pickup on August 6, 2021. As of today, December 6, 2021, I still do not have my car back. Once my insurance company paid out the check for repairs to the shop owner, Jason ignored my messages and phone calls. He refuses to give me courtesy updates.
