They do have a variety of hair products which caters to the African American women who is their primary customers; however, the Asians who work there can be rude. It could be because of the language barrier. For instance, they don't come across as if they don't know enough about their products to answer questions; therefore, they have no patience and tend to dismiss you very quickly without answering your questions.
