Would not recommend
Had my garage door repaired, was charged $550 for under an hours work and now my door has a horrible rattle. Tried contacting unhinged door services to have to rectified but have been stood up multiple times. Definitely would not recommend
Bad, bad, bad. Worst experience with any company we have ever had. It's been 3 months and the job is still not finished. Doesn't return calls, continually tries to milk more money out of you, multiple excuses for not turning up, leaves screws & cigarette butts everywhere. Have ended up having to go to consumer protection to try to recoup approx. $1000 paid for outstanding work. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
Engaged to fix garage door. Quoted an amount and ended up charging double the quote when work was done. Not only that, his workmanship was poor and my garage door was not fixed. He cracked my garage door in multiple spots and still charged me double the quote after causing damage. Do not engage.
BEST TRADES EXPERIENCE IN YEARS! Murray gave me a max quote rapidy via Oneflare, txt & calls. Murray then spent TWO HOURS expertly fixing my very buggered glass door while politely dealing with my excited dogs. Labour + parts (my calcs) would have been MUCH more than max quote, but Murray was very gracious & honourable, sticking to his max quote. Murray was on task entirely, polite, & very tidy. I wholeheartedly recommend Murray, Unhinged Door Solutions Piara Waters. 10 Stars!
