Beware! Upon my initial call, I was told there would be a fuel surcharge on top of $130/hr labor. I live approximately 50 mins away from Thier office. They came out to see what was needed for the job. At that point I was told that I would have to pay travel cost of $130 per hour of travel to and from the worksite and pay a fuel surcharge. I was also informed it would take 2 to 3 hrs to reattach my meter box to the wall, attached 5 wire clips, and replace the 5 ft wire from meter box to the breaker box. Hired them to do work while we were out of town. Regret paying them before we returned, as we came home to find items broken ; items and cash missing;outlets that had worked before no longer working . They refused to issue even a partial refund. Yet they still mail us their advertizing as if we might hire them in the future. Recommend staying away from Ungerman.

The electrical work done which i recently had done in my house has really improved the condition of the house. All the old receptacles were replaced with new and up to date receptacles. old dangerous boxes were found and the box and the lines taking out. everything was done in a professional manner and i am sure that what i invested in updating and fixing electrical outlets will increase the value of my house. thank you so much ungerman electric i could just give you a big hug for the work with pride that you done to make my... read more

Neat, Polite, Knowledgeable, Responsive – Had to have some electrical work done. I called Ungerman because I have used them in the past. And as usual, they were prompt; in fact the technician was a little early. The office called me to ensure that it was o.k. to arrive a bit ahead of schedule. Dependable, Reliable, Competent – We've used Ungerman Electric four times over the last six years. Their electricians are courteous, prompt and quickly get to work. The work we've received from them has been excellent, except one time when the electrician didn't quite hit the mark.
