We started with Dr Unger and had no complaints. However in the past year or so it's become very difficult to get decent appointment times or emergency appointments. My son broke a bracket and the soonest he could get in was 3 weeks later. That's absurd to me. The only available times it seems are during the school day or work day. Because of the lack of availability we are often pushed weeks beyond when we are due. Our 2-year treatment has taken extra long. Yes they do a good job but man good luck getting a later appointment in the near future. There hours I wish they had later appointments but some days only open til 330 or noon?? How they heck ARE YOU supposed to pay for these if YOU got to take off work everytime YOUR appointment is in the middle of the day or 10am? MY HUSBAND'S JOB IS A hour typically out. TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The service is terrible. Good luck getting good service after you pay in full. They act all nice and sweet on your first day, and they reschedule for the week after if you miss an appointment. But, after you pay in full, all that sweetness and urgency is gone. Expect rescheduling to be over a month later, and for the staff to not be willing to help. The receptionists are very rude and roll their eyes at you, and are not respectful at all. After you have paid for your treatment, good luck trying to schedule follow up appointments. If you’re lucky, an appointment will be booked for a month or month and a half later. The only contact person is the one in the front desk and communication is just awful. Rude, and not much willing to help. After completing our oldest daughter’s treatment in a couple of months from now, we were going to continue with our youngest. We will definitely NOT do it in this place!!

Almost all of these reviews are from Unger Orthodontics (who I signed up to see) or incentivised (free spa or tv). I would NEVER have signed up for a chain orthodontist for the exact experience I ultimately ended up with. 1. There is one orthodontist on staff who sees patients 3.5 days a week so getting your follow-up appointments can be stretched out far longer than necessary. 2.
