I came here today to look at dresses. Business has changed its name, couldn't call the business (phone disconected) doors locked (even though web site sais it's open) & i just r ead the other reviews. Im off to other stores that want a sale. Bye Bye. I wont be back
I was disguised with the service i got today, $20 to try on each dress and if i didn't find one then i lose money!!! I wanted to find a style to suit my bridesmaids but after this ladies attitude and the price of trying them on......they can get stuffed!!!!
We came here to look at bridesmaid dresses. The woman (Fran) acted as though we were going to steal anything we could get our hands on. Which was surprising considering that she tried to sell one of my bridesmaids a damaged dress. She was extremely condescending and after trying to sell this damaged dress she then had the gall to question whether we could afford or fit into the dresses on offer. Terrible Experience!!! Whatever you do don't waste your time with Unforgettable Bridal. Unprofesional, rude, snobbish, I could go on......There are so many OTHER BRIDAL SHOPS in Adelaide that give such excellent customer service & are so helpful, go to them instead. Horrible Experience!!!!
