My family and I live in Walhalla, SC and we were vacationing in Savannah, GA this past weekend. We happen to stop by the farmers market on Monday, our last day there, and we seen a sweet lady selling gumbo and other items. We bought a container of seafood gumbo to try and let me tell you it has been at least 20 years since ive had some good gumbo and that seafood gumbo took me back. It was delicious!! I love the pound cakes. I will take them home slice up and grill then top with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Yum for breakfast or dessert
My daughter and I bought some containers of the seafood gumbo where they were set up at the farmers market and heated it up for dinner over rice. It is DELICIOUS!!!! Sooooo good! Such nice folks too! Oh yeah, I also had some of the watermelon ginger juice and could drink it everyday!
Be advised they say they are open on google but when you get there there is a sign on the door saying they are only open from 2-5
Best vegan gumbo I’ve ever had!! And now I know they’ll do vegan baked items too!
