Delivered a water load 3 hours to unload Check-in not easy after with security guard you have to check-in the office to drop paperwork and wait in the truck they will call you to be back in office to get a door and hand you paperwork, back up your truck to signed door then take a paperwork to different office to get unload or pay the lumper if required

If you're a truck driver and been doing this it's not hard to read 🤷🤣 anyway your gps is gonna take you to the exit not entrance of facility. The entrance is 3rd driveway on right side big white sighn says truck entrance 👌 it's hit or miss here on wait times get a nap in 🤷 also if your planning on using north bound rest area as stop point it is closed until may 27th 2026
WORST PLACE EVER BEEN TO! (0star) AVOID!! Checked in at midnight, got called into the dock 1:50am, waiting on the dock for 2+hrs, gets a call your door is reassigned. Exited & re-entered thru Gate, some trucks ahead of me checking with SECURITY that took about 20mins, by the time I got to the new DOCK, some dude waiting OUTSIDE says your load’s REFUSED because YOU took half an hour to turn-around. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF IDIOTS WORKING HERE!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. No RESPECT or regards of any sort for TRUCK DRIVERS!!... read more
If I could I would give Zero to this horrible place! To start with you have to check in at 3 different places first at the gate, then to office next to door 67 where you’re given a dock and finally at door 32 where you surrender your bills to get unloaded. I had a 03:30 appointment, checked in at the gate at 02:30 the guy was nice and friendly, then checked in with the guy at the office next to door 67 also nice and friendly and finally at the office next to dock 32 which is responsible for unloading ( Capstone).
