Checked in at 3 AM for a 4 AM appt. Did not get door untill 3 1/2 hours later and 2 hours after getting door they still haven't even started to unload me. Prepaid lumper fee is about the only positive. Will update with final time.
Overnight frozen delivery. I was out in 3 hours.
Very bad facility Truck drivers, don't come here, the people are very rude, this is the first time I've seen such a bad place!
This place not driver friendly what so ever they take hours to unload you. Won't provide detention if you exceed 20 minute even if you were wating in line the whole time to get checked in. Floor load detention is if its over 4 hours and 2 hours for palletize loads.
