Very friendly receiving clerk, however capstone lumper service charged 120$ for 33 cases half of pallet
Slow unloading
7 pallets. Arrived an hour early. Got a door. Got passed over as other trucks after me got red lighted, while I stayed green. Checked back into the office to let them know. Finally started the unload. I had to follow up on each step of the unload, including lumper and checkout . 3 hours total (4hrs in the door). Nice folks. But I felt like I was managing them.
Appointment at 0900, got here at 0630, getting unloaded at 0700 👌🏼
