Kake news is doing interviews with people over the department of labor is refusing to take repayments. Contact a lawyer if they refuse your payment because that makes the debt invalid.
Good and difficult. Customer service people are decent, calm, but usually cannot answer the issue or question. New system is more in tune to no corruption which was needed. Many verification protocols, but these are just fine. Phone tree is difficult, each call takes 15 minutes to get thru the tree. They do have enough staff
