DO NOT order jeep wk2 grand Cherokee roof rack it has rusted out in only few years yet my car stays in garage and only used for when tow caravan and never been on beach . Not my idea of Australian made at this price . Having previously ordered multiple items from Uneek, quick and semmless process, not this time order a number flip plate as installing winch. Ordered 16th Jan @6:33am, after emailing had to call today to find out tracking number. Told it hasn’t been posted yet, should (not definite) go this afternoon. In email expressed needed it by Friday 27th, no response. I order other items from Jeep koonection and items arrived 3 days later, not sure what happened over Christmas but very poor customer service. Update. Antenna mount brok... read more
i placed an order for my car, waited a week and sent an email asking when my items will be posted and got no response tried to call up to arrange to pick up instead and was told they don’t let pick up, told them i’m going away and need them asap and they were posted and no tracking was provided wasn’t even notified that the items were posted, would rate a 1 star but hoping the product is half decent atleast when i go to install it
They dont sell replacment parts for the items they sell left hand rear jerry can holder have to buy a complete bar very poor un happy customer seems to me is imported chinese quality
