The amazing team at UV has changed my life. They have a great studio in Gordon and they accommodation any level of fitness. I originally joined to lose weight and what changed was my mindset and my love for exercise escalated from there. The mum squad training sessions are tailored to suit everyone and having the creche located in the same area is such an amazing feature.
UV is not your average gym. I have been attending the Mum Squad sessions for over 3 years now and I still love going! Erin will easily tailor any movements to accommodate pregnancy, post natal, injury or any fears you may have. UV provides a safe environment where you can work on your own fitness/strength level, without feeling intimidated.
