I have been going here since I moved to Armidale in 2017, it’s the only place I’ve been. I had booked an appointment for early in the new year but just received a call from Millie saying that because I haven’t been in over 12 months (wow lucky me I haven’t needed to go in 12 months), I’m now an inactive patient and I can’t have the appointment because they aren’t taking new patients.
