Called in for an hour massage. As soon as i showed up they requested payment first. 10 minutes into the massage my massage therapist walked out and walked in almost 10 minutes later saying it would only have to be a 30 minute massage and they would refund me. My so called 30 minute massage was less than 15 minutes and when it came to the refund they only gave me 10 dollars back and still asked for a 10 dollar tip! Don't get scammed at this place. Worst customer service I've ever seen!

I bought my wife a gift to Undo Stress Massage, but her and her friend had a terrible experience. They immediately noticed brown stains on the towel to cover up with, hair on the bed and dark marks where feet would go, absolutely unacceptable. Throughout the session, staff kept going in and out of the room, leaving doors wide open with men walking by, which was very uncomfortable for them.
