What a gem this place is. It builds strength from the inside out. Brian and Will are the best trainers, every class of theirs I took kicked my ass in the most amazing way. I felt stronger after every class. The way they push you to learn what your body is capable of has gifted me with so much pride and strength I didn’t realize I had. Sign up, try a class, it’ll change you in the best way. Brian is a badass and so kind, I hope this place continues to succeed cause it deserves to.
I just started Undisputed and absolutely love it! I feel like I get my butt kicked every single day. My clothes get soaked with sweat and im dripping sweat during the classes. Ive interacted with Jonathan and Drew at the Front Desk and they've been super helpful and supportive. The main coaches I've dealt with are Miles and Will, they are fantastic and give me constructive feedback on how ai can improve. Im excited to meet the rest of the team there.
