Been away for a while and came back because this is the best club for the sober. Will is amazing, as always! He runs an incredibly upbeat, challenging and encouraging session anyone of any fitness level can get into. Come for the best workout of your life!
Have been many gyms over the years, but this place is really special. High energy classes w/ awesome instructors (esp the owner, Brian). I also love the mix of ages and abilities. Can’t wait to go back each week for a guaranteed great workout.
What a gem this place is. It builds strength from the inside out. Brian and Will are the best trainers, every class of theirs I took kicked my ass in the most amazing way. I felt stronger after every class. The way they push you to learn what your body is capable of has gifted me with so much pride and strength I didn’t realize I had. Sign up, try a class, it’ll change you in the best way. Brian is a badass and so kind, I hope this place continues to succeed cause it deserves to.
