I have had my wedding ring custom made by adding my father's wedding ring that he wore for 59 years until his passing. His ring was imbedded into the centre of my ring. Turned out really nice. Thanks Underwood Jewellers.
Never consider selling your jewellery here! After seeing in the entrance about we buy and sell used jewellery. I had been on the hunt to sell a previous bridal set I was selling privately without success. Very disappointing experience. As a repeat customer, I was shocked by the rude and dismissive attitude of one of the managers. I left feeling like my loyalty meant nothing. I've also had multiple repairs come back with mistakes, and the level of service is extremely inconsistent. Some staff are knowledgeable, while others appear poorly trained and unable to answer basic questions. Trustworthy and kind. I bought a ring online and brought it to underwood’s north lakes to be re-sized and a claw fixed. They had a good look at it and discovered the opals were glued in and all 32 tips needed to be redone + more. They called me straight away and gave me the option to fix it, however that was more then the ring was worth because it was so damaged which we did not know when we bought it. We went in for a small solder job and Amber offered a polish in our wedding rings free of charge. They came up better than I remember them as new, and she reshaped by wedding band so it fit better. Highly recommend.
