Neil, Kerry, Larissa and the rest of the team at underwood’s are the best jewellers In the game. There workman ship on the jewellery is top tier. Neil has made me a custom chain also just finished a custom pendent and we are about to start a 3rd. I wouldn’t go to any other jeweller. You walk in with an idea and Neil will make it come to life. Neil made both my engagement band and wedding band and I couldn’t be happier with what he was able to create. I brought a logistical challenge with me to try and make my wedding band sit flush to my engagement ring which was a low set diamond. Neil took the time to make sure I was completely happy with my ring and designed my wedding band exactly as I envisioned (he also aced the engagement band, which my husband designed with him for me as a surprise). We are so appreciative for Neil & the team at the North Lakes store!
