I have had my wedding ring custom made by adding my father's wedding ring that he wore for 59 years until his passing. His ring was imbedded into the centre of my ring. Turned out really nice. Thanks Underwood Jewellers.
Never consider selling your jewellery here! After seeing in the entrance about we buy and sell used jewellery. I had been on the hunt to sell a previous bridal set I was selling privately without success. I was told to bring in rings and any paperwork and they would be able to assist Visit 2- attended with rings and paperwork only to be told by the manager (whom told me how experienced she was and was in the business for many years) the jewellery was in perfect condition but the jeweller was only there on certain days and to... read more
Very disappointing experience. As a repeat customer, I was shocked by the rude and dismissive attitude of one of the managers. I left feeling like my loyalty meant nothing. I've also had multiple repairs come back with mistakes, and the level of service is extremely inconsistent. Some staff are knowledgeable, while others appear poorly trained and unable to answer basic questions.
