Dealt with the incredibly rude owner. Most of the staff is great (except those who instigated the issue). The owner is disrespectful and couldn't care less if you do business with them or not.
HUGE shout-out to Lorie, Edgar and his crew. They did an amazing job creating a masterpiece in the front of our home. From the beginning they were knowledgeable and transparent. Lorie spent time actually showing us the plants in person so we could better visualize them. Her expertise was invaluable. Edgar and his crew were simply the best. They did more than just plant the trees etc. They paid attention to detail, offered suggestions, gave helpful hints. But most importantly they were respectful. Had a thorough conversation with the sales person regarding price as well as expectations. Neither of which or accommodated. They just showed up with no notice did the service and then left a bill beyond what was agreed upon.
