Very family-oriented team. I have never had a job that's made me feel more valuable as a person than I have working here. Everyone is very down to Earth, employee opinion is taken seriously, and products sent out are high quality.

Wow wow wow!!! I was just enjoying lunch with my family and I guess we walked in on a luncheon for this business!! Can I please tell you what a class act of maybe the owner? You don’t see the recognition from the boss or companies as I witnessed today. Society and businesses have taking a lot of this away from their family business since Covid. I praise this man and it was an honor to watch him to hand out envelopes and treat them to a hibachi meal! There had to be roughly 80 staff members there.. god bless you for your spir... read more

I’ve never done business with this company however the reason for my review is….. My family came out to Volcano restaurant for lunch today. To see I think the owner of this company recognizing his employees was amazing. I think a lot of companies have gotten away from the little things that matter especially during the holidays. This truly warmed my soul.

I think all the owners of Underwood Mold Inc. Is very good People. In my own woods there gr8t. If you need anything made by them. You will get A1 service. I been knowing. The Underwood s all the way back to 1994 that's been 26 years. Once again. They are good people. Good service.
