As a plaintiff did hire Underwood but he did work for defendant against me. Did charge me about triple amount of the approximate estimated cost. Did work very hard checking me if I'm lying, but did tolerate ridiculously excessive defendant's lie in court (about half of defendant's testimony was lie even if I did have profs). On purpose didn't submit most important document to the court which did impact judgement. Was very stressfull experience. Such person shouldn't belong to legal field. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Child custody: I spent $2700 on what was initially described as an open and shut case for my request to be denied. Lawyer was 30 mins late to the court house, did not contact group I was in touch with despite my requests to become knowledgeable in the case. Even my small request was denied.
