When you contact an attorney and you are in a custody crisis situation the attorney is supposed to be empathetic and even if they’re not by nature, they should be sensitive to sensitive situations and topics as opposed to telling you over and over throughout your phone call when you’re vulnerable and emotional that he “doesn’t believe your story” because it is so unheard of to HIM for the family court system to create such an unfathomable act of child parent abuse, and keep a child unsafe in a violent living situation. Mr Harris, litteraly took $3,500 from me.... got denied for a plea because he filed incorrectly. Then he litteraly forgot to make sure he had court....... missed court ............. then said he's keeping the money ..............now he's saying he returned $750bucks ......and we still have zero proof of anything....... nothing at all ...money gone .... ................................I made 1 respectful phone call to these people to check the status of the check and the main atturney tried to rage bait me ........then when ... read more

This is a very racist law firm ... I paid $3,500 for my case for full custody..... my lawyer mr Daniel Harris took $2,750 and never showed up to court.... he took 2 months to make a plea and was denied for filing incorrectly........ they now have created a narrative that I lied to the judge, which is false because the (judge asked where my lawyer was, and I said idk he may have court ) they are now calling me a juvenile.......... as a government contractor, I promise.
