Started riding again after a long time and came across Michele’s barn and gave it a shot. Although I haven’t worked directly with Michele yet the trainer at the time there was phenomenal. The horses here are so well trained and I never felt uncomfortable while riding any of these school horses. I've been boarding my horse at Underwood since May and couldn't be happier with the care she receives! I live a half hour away and am never worried about her. The farm owner Michele is very knowledgeable. She takes any an all precautions to keep your horse safe. She is also a very knowledgeable farrier. She has been doing my horses feet since May and she was in rough shape with cracking and the start of white line disease. Although the owner and I did not see eye to eye all the time, and I have since moved on to another barn, I will never discredit her for her knowledge and willingness to learn how to best help her boarded animals or her experience as a horse woman.
Amazing farm! The owner Michele Whitmore does more than just training, boarding and lessons she is also a great barefoot farrier! My horse was almost dead lame from bad farrier work and only a few months later she is moving more soundly and smoothly than since when I first bought her!
