I have been attending Underwood Family Doctors for well over 6 years. I could not stress how much care, support and kindness I receive from the staff, the nurses and, of course, my Dr Reza Panah. Yesterday I called to arrange a Telehealth appointment with Dr Ibrahim and was so pleased to hear Saima answer the phone. Her caring nature, professionalism and dedication have certainly been missed by patients and colleagues alike. Saima goes above and beyond in her role and always does everything she can to help. I recently had a great experience at Underwood Family Doctors with Dr. Dominic Nguyen. He actually took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were properly addressed. He also discussed with me my options and empowered me to make an informed decision, unlike some other doctors in Brissy who will try and kick you out after you take a seat or are very pushy.
